※ Visit a blacksmith and use the Refined Essence of Emotions to extract the Cup of Dwindling Starlight from a Starlit accessory, retaining both the cup and unreformed accessory.
※ Lejenti, in the underground chamber of Glish, can also cleanse Starlit accessories, removing their reformed state and destroying the cup.
