You can also use 2x Big Dwarf Mushrooms instead of 4x Dwarf Mushrooms. I'm professional 9.

Sangue de leão funciona se utilizar o dobro de recurso, 8x Sangue de Leão nessa receita...Se usar menos, dependendo do seu nível de alquimia, pode funcionar mas vai falhar muito...

Tried Troll blood and Ogre blood, did not succeed. Seems bear is the only option
