I can confirm that they do drop from Stone Rhinos in Mediah

Confirmed - leather glaze dropped for me at artisan 7

I'm not sure from which, but I found one while farming/tanning Stone Tail Bison and Wasteland Iguana. Tried to repeat it with pets not out, was unable to. Must be a super rare drop. (Also Artisan4 if that helps)
