Fastest way to stack plenty of them:
Alustin -> Conversation -> Pick first 4 -> Keep talking until completed
Requirements:
- Amity with all Velia NPCs (MSQ, Side Quests)
- Velia Node Level 20
- Velia Alt with Energy
- Amity Elixirs
- Turning Gates Villa buff
- Sour Pickled Fish buff
- Calpheon Noble Outfit - cheap 1 mil ish outfit you can buy for your specific class that stacks if you have a costume slow amity
- Pearlshop gloves give 10%
- Amity Costume (optional) - can buy off CM but need equipment tailoring coupon to get 15% benefit
- Leave an alt with KEY horoscope in Velia (optional)
