I know this is an old comment but for anyone wanting to know the answer.
If you are going to main Evasion, go with Leebur's Gloves.
If you are going to main Damage Reduction, go with Bheg's Gloves.
The accuracy loss is not the end of the world since you will most likely get 10 accuracy back from using a Kutum Offhand (for Evasion mains) over using a Nouver Offhand (DR Mains).
Now this is all for higher end min/max. In reality if you are a casual player and don't care much for min/max then you can go either pair of gloves (usually whichever is currently cheaper).
If you are going to main Evasion, go with Leebur's Gloves.
If you are going to main Damage Reduction, go with Bheg's Gloves.
