Karcenov block my quest

Hi, I have a problem with this NPC "Karcenov". I do mainquestline so when i come to him to do the boss in the quest "piétinement audible aux 4 coins du monde" Fr name. I can't "click" on the quest (console player then it's X or A to click) that's just so nothing and after he blocked me on it then i can't click on any other quest...
if you have an issue pls tell me and hf in game!
