Hello,
I'm trying to get the Knowledge about the "shrine of silent prayers" but can't find any informations about it.
Does anyone know how to obtain the knowledge?

Check the page of the knowledge. It has a link to
Caspara, who gives the knowledge to you.

Thank you for your answer but I'm playing at PS5 and there's no link in the knowledge and NPC Caspara is unknown - persons are completed in winter mountain.

I'm not sure, what data pack console version is using. Could it be behind the PC and this knowledge is not available yet?
