It says Guru 20 is needed to start
I kinda.....doubt that? I dont know
I did the prereq quest/quests but now cant start that one, i dont have guru 20 in gathering but i dont know just seems a bit far fetched?
Was wondering if this could be checked at all, if theres a way to do that

I've checked the conditions for this quest and they are being displayed correctly. However, in this case I think, the Guru 20 requirement is just a way to disable the quest until it's introduced in the game.
The devs like to disable something in the game by setting the player level requirement to 99 and Guru 20 equals to Gathering level of 99.

To give the final answer to this question, we need someone with such level of Gathering to check if this quest is available or not.
