Global Lab Patch same as Korea(korea first)

for some weeks the Global Lab patch update info are the same with korea.
It is actually. Sometimes they kind of half update the test client, only partly introducing the stuff and even noting that parts of the update will be not available on the test servers until they hit KR.
Not sure, why they're doing it like this, but we can't do anything about it.
