En los requisitos de la mision aparece: "Comercio > Hábil Nv. 10" y en el juego dice: "Comercio profesional 1 en adelante"

The sign ">" means "higher than". Next rank higher than "Skilled 10" is "Proffesional 1". So the requirement is correct there.
