Description of the problem: Valtarra's Memory as of 11 Jan 2023 patch notes states "First off, we've now made it so that you have a low chance of looting Valtarra's Clairvoyance and Memory from defeated monsters"

Unfortunately I can't do much about the drop rates. Drop tables and drop chances are not stored in the game client. The data we have on the site comes from the quite old server data leak. It gives us the general idea about the drop and chances, but of course it's far from being 100% accurate.
