The location on the map is incorrect and the page doesn't list her daily quest.

You're looking at the page, which shows a certain spawn of the NPC, which appears under some condition (notice the /2 at the end of the url).
This could be some test location or temporary spawn point for the NPC during the quest.
The base url without the spawn index Roselia shows all possible quests and locations of this NPC, including the correct one near Grana.
