Thanks for the report! This problem comes from the ads script. I've reported it to my ad agency.
Will work with then on fixing this.

The agency was unable to fix the issue and I've switched them to another one. There shouldn't be any problems with it.

Thanks for deal with problem,
Now [Page layout maybe unexpected due to Quirks Mode] increase normally (only increase on ads layout update I think)
No more memory eater now!
