Workspeed decimal is off by a tenth

Are you sure about that? I've compared it with the ingame screenshots and it looks correct to me.
Could you please provide a screenshot of a worker with correct stats and link the page with incorrect stats in the database?

Take a look at the Artisan Giant; its base Workspeed should be 75. Now level up to level 30, its max base speed at level 30 should be ~105. Its extremely rare and difficult to get Giants __with__ skill bonuses to 112, and most people are more than pleased to ever see one get 100 workspeed.

I've fixed the Workspeed (I've mixed it up with the Stamina).

As for the stat values, as the note on that page says, it's a "Maximum possible stats at current level".
The game holds a base value for each stat and min/max addon per level values. So when you level up the worker, the stats are shown with maximum possible addon per level. Of course, due to the RNG it's nearly impossible to get the max values, but at least this info will give you an estimate of the the current efficiency of your worker comparing to the possible maximum.
