ID: 9739 which is the id for the gazelle horns it says to kill them and then butcher them. However there is a problem with this you can only use a tanning knife and all i been getting are gazelle hide and soft fur. what should i do?

To be honest, I don't think this item actually exists in the game. It's present in the client, but probably just disabled on the server side.
