SA Boss Timer for some bosses is wrong.

SA Boss Timer for some bosses is wrong.

Every Mob that spawns at 11:30pm is really spawning at 11:45pm due to a change made a while ago by REDFOX (SA publisher).
Please review, also thank you guys for your amazing web.
