Tuvala gear - beyond the limits

This season quest did not pop up for me after completing the Mediah quest line. I’m on the second quest o f Valencia already. I have all Naru gear to PEN. It is all in my inventory. I’m a new player, less than two weeks on Olvia server on PS4. There is no quest for me to exchange and Fighar does not have a chat option.
