Skill descriptions for ninja and kuno on skill calculator v1 and v2

Skill descriptions are still bugged, been like this for years.
Does not show proper skill input or proper tooltips.

I've went trough all skills for these two classes and fixed the command patterns and some missing effects. Everything should be correct now.
Please report if you'll find more of these for other classes.

Awakening kuno does not have skill inputs for Flow: Indignation, flow:wrath, Wheel of Wrath and Lethal Spin.

Hashashin is still not out yet in the calculator I believe.

Edit: Nevermind, he's available only for calculator v2.

There is no skill tree in the old format in the game for Hashashin, so it'll never be in v1.
