That's the last quest of the questline, Proof of Wisdom comes after Spokesman of Macalod and before Prosperity of Doroter.

Thanks for the reporting this. Unfortunately, I can't fix this atm, because the chains are built automatically by ordering the quests in the same group from 1st and up.
I'll keep it in mind tough. Maybe I'll find a way.
