text on item says; "Crafting Materials: Serendia Meal x1 + Special Arehaza Meal x3 + Kamasylvia Meal x3 + Ancient Cron Spice x1"

However, its 3 serendia meals, and 1 arehaza meal.

This text is taken directly from the game client. So this error is present in the game itself. Since I import the data into the database each week after the update, unless they fix it in the game the error will stay.
The item page combines descriptions of the item and it's knowledge entry. Looks like they have the correct list of ingredients in the item's descriptions and wrong in the knowledge's description.
Please report it to the game support guys, so they can fix it.
