Delivery Quests BUG(?)

I am a returning player here in BDO and i am currently playing a lvl. 46 Lahn.

Firstly i have issues with delivery quests. The "crate" that is required to be delivered isn't located in the area where it's supposed to be and i'm talking about the main quest line "Seed Delivery" which requires me to deliver a "Box of seed" to Dias Farm (iirc). The problem is that the delivery box isn't there at all and i've been stuck in this situation.

I also have similar issues where it is also a delivery quest. i don't really remember the details of the quest but i'm sure that i need to deliver a crate of potion that should be beside the NPC but it isn't.

And by the way i've tried to change servers back to back but the crates are still not there.

Any help would be so much appreciated!

Please report such bugs via official support tickets. Unfortunately, I can't help you with in-game bugs.
