You are absolutely right about it. But there is no bug here.
Since the beginning of the November the format of the game's internal database was changed again. The old one was removed and I didn't figured out the new one yet.
That's why I can update the site with the newest version of the localization files only, and there are no new additions to the Items section.
However, since the devs tend to have most of the upcoming content in the client and just gradually translate and enable it in the game, the site is still 99.9% up to date and will be so until another major game update.
