Not really a bug, but I added as comment in Papua items some links for missing exchange quests.

Thanks for the report!
It's indeed not a bug, since it's not a direct "exchange", but rather a usage of the item in the quest.
I'll see if I can add something like "Used in a quest" tab for such cases.

Good, I better understand the idea, thanks for the answer. We can still complete with comments, so not biggest priority
