Would it be doable to add Furniture Buff listing and filtering in a similar fashion to the effects filtering done for Alchemy and Cooking pages?

Could you please give me an example of such buff, so i would know what to look for? The description of the buff and link to the related item will help a lot.

The description shows Critical Hit +2

I'd guess its buff would have something in common with one of these two entries which also show the same effect.

Added the Effect filters to the Furniture items list (Database->Items->Furniture).
