Rosar axe as an example it has who drops it tab(s), why not have a tab showing what comes from altering it, so melting will produce; 1-4 trace of memory, 1-7 melted iron shard, etc.

Melting is treated by the game as a processing recipe. You already can see the melting results on the "Used in processing recipe" tab.
Not all items have them unfortunately, because this data is deleted from the game client and I have to enter the results manually.

Not all items have this data available, as it needs to be entered manually. Is there a plan to expand the information on the altered results for more items in the future, despite the limitations of the data being deleted from the game client?

Without contributions from other players I can't do much unfortunately.
