Currently whatever game language you select, you will see market prices related to that. It would be great to select this separately. For example I would very appreciate if I can see MENA market prices in English language.

Bonus feature: It would be great to see market information when hovering over items in the item list. For example after I search crystals I have to click each of them to see their market prices. I would like to hover and see prices in the list even if market info lags for one second.

I see the reason behind your suggestions, but unfortunately current implementation of the market prices is not suitable for the task (especially prices in the tooltips). It would require complete rewrite of this part, plus addition of some region options to the user's settings. I'll keep it in my todo list, but can't promise anything soon.
