Redundant Entries

Hi,
like i said i am developing a discord bot with the site at the moment and I wanted to ask why there are so many redundant entries in the database and if there is any direct way to detect which entrie is the real mob form the search query :/

Unfortunately there is no way to filter such entries automatically. They are just present in the client and maybe or maybe used in the game.
