Workspeed decimal is off by a tenth

Any possible addition of cultivation weather and region weather? [WeatherKind] its pretty straight forward and could be of use for farmers looking to answer the 'Where do I grow XYZ' without going insane.

A suggestion... Make the skills have a tooltip and go to skill group (like with blood group and food groups).

hrmmm... I take part of that back... the filter portion on bddatabase is broken too.

If you go to repeat quests and check contribution shouldn't there be a listing? Or am I missing something?
