Sorry, mate, but I can't do it because of google's policies. As you can see, I'm using the google's ads to support the site and google doesn't likes, when any drop down menus are hovering over google's ads.
So I was forced to move the region selector to the new place to avoid the problems.

This happened because you've moved your site to the https protocol and the setting was done for http. I've fixed that.
The tooltips are working now, but you have to fix some css markup on your site, which cuts it's height.
