Thanks for the report! That text is taken directly from the game files. Looks like they renamed the item at some point but forgot to fix it's name in the descriptions of other items. Unless they fix it in the game, I can't do much, because the data is imported from the game to the site each week and...

It could mess up the strings in the process. The update is finished and everything looks correct now.

This quest has Level: 100+ in the Quest requirements section. This usually means that it's disabled in the game. So it's not a bug, but rather unused content, which is present in the game.
