Well, it because the devs of the game still have it in the client. Unfortunately, there is no way to filter out outdated/test/unused items automatically, since they don't mark them in any way.

Yes, you're correct. I need to fix the missing effects manually as well as some items. I'll try to do it this week.

По черной тени посмотрю, надо оставить один определённый id под это дело. А ивентового босса поставил потому что всё равно всё расписание переделывать пришлось.

Thanks for reporting this. I've checked the data on this item and it indeed flagged as family inventory placeable. Looks like there could be some other flag or combination of them, which overrides the family inventory flag. I couldn't pinpoint it at the moment though. I'll take a look at it later.
