Обычно эти данные вырезаны из клиента. Изредка после обновления в игре остаются не вырезанные данные и я их использую.
Поэтому ничего определённого сказать не могу. Это уже как повезёт.

That's because these nodes are not released in NA/EU. The guys at somethinglovely put them on to their map manually.

As soon as the nodes will be added to the western version of the game or at least added in the client files, you'll see them n the site.
