塞林迪亚城市附近有很多流浪者，也有不少城市人动不动就说些难听话。他们曾带着全部财产来到海地尔城市买房，却因为与卡尔佩恩开战，把房子低价卖了出去。起因是有人煽动他们，说趁战争把建筑全毁掉之前，好歹捞点好处。可战争出乎意料地只以外交方式收场，海地尔成了卡尔佩恩的附属国。

一瞬间变得无家可归的流浪者们分散到各个城市，迁往附近的农家、戈里希村等地，但依然贫穷。从中得利最多的人是谁？请关注塞林迪亚的建筑物管理人皮埃特罗·莱亚诺。

Little Shia girl in a group of villagers down by the Guild Manager at the docks in Heidel. Costs 5 Energy. Also has "Great Alchemists: Lome Run" for 3 energy.
