Je suis bloqué sur cette quête, on me dit que j'ai déja fait la quête via un ticket GM
du coup j'arrive pas à avoir la connaissance
quelqu'un a eu ce problème et l'a réglé ?
i'm stuck on this quest, ticket to GM tell me i already done the quest so i cannot do it again
and i did not get the knowledge
anyone got this problem and solved it ?

I had the same Issue.. I created a alt and was doing the main quest line.. which you get when you Press O and under Main tab.. and when i got to that particular quest i got the knowledge.. Give it a try.. ^_^

After 3 days of investigating, I finally discovered that to obtain this knowledge nowadays, you have to choose the "Each of their reasons" Heidel crossroad, and just keep doing main quests until you get to the quests around the Biraghi Den and the last quest of that part will make you go down into the chamber and you will get the knowledge by interacting with a treasure. Hope this helps!!

Also want to add that the quest name from the black spirit is "The Hidden Spoils" and not "Bandits' Treasure Chamber" anymore

I can confirm, you need to play the full main Balenos questline and not go for the simplified route during a season. When you get to the Heidel crossroad you need to choose "Each of Their Reasons", which is the RIGHT choice of the three.
After that you continue to do the main quests, getting into the category "[III] Absolute Security". The 6th quest in that category is called "The Hidden Spoils" and it asks you to learn about the Bandits' Trasure Chamber. This leads you down a small well into an underground chamber where the quest object you have to interact with is "Unlocked Treasure Chest". Interacting with it will give you the knowledge.
After that you continue to do the main quests, getting into the category "[III] Absolute Security".
