Get mission from the supply manager at Night Crow Post. This is 3rd mission/last in the chain fyi. Autopath to Myra and remember to turn on all quests settings. The supply manager is the person standing in front of the containers and chests together with a bunch of other people. Easy quest, just interaction with one NPC and you'll get the knowledge.
