德利勘士兵们在又高又险峻的德利勘地区，为了能回报自己的位置和状况，不断地尝试努力，其中士兵们的手讯号是经过很长一段时间才研究出来，现在作为士兵们传达对话的一种方式。主要会使用的是火炬、旗子，而其中在战斗地区能自由自在地使用，又可以当作攻击手段的火炬，使用的依赖度相对较高。

it's not the top of the library where all the npcs are it is the smaller building also with the open roof you have to get on top of the taller building, go to the corner where the ribbons connect the buildings and jump over. that's where the point is.

quest can be gotten from a guy just east of Marak Farm, elevated from the fighting on the road. can't believe there was no location data for this posted yet

马拉克农场东边跟红狼对峙的地方，右边高台有个NPC给任务“撤退信号”获得。
