Engish translation of Kate's helpful post: "You can take the task by catching a bottle on fishing 'Note of the Thief of Treasure Dhaka', on the harpoon. Friends caught on the harpoon near Velia"
So, Message in a Bottle is needed from harpoon fishing.

Translation from Russian comment under this Quest Gardaka's Treasure
"I caught a bottle in the river in Kamasylvia left of the node Shady Tree Forest. Without a Harpoon of course. (Near the NPC is a Deer.)

You do not need this piece of knowledge to get both energy points from this category. You need everything else, though.

Öncelikle Enerji almak için bu bilgiye ihtiyacınız yok geri kalanların hepsini yapınca enerji alınıyor. Bunun bilgisi zıpkınla balıkçılık yaparken adın Bir not bulacaksınız tabi tesadüf eseri o şekilde yapılıyor.
