Best possible way to get the highest Amity with him.

Just wave for amity, idk how the other was able to achieve amity game but as of april 2022 its barely doable to achieve ~50 accumulated favor in perfect condition.

This NPC is now in the game, but apparently only on the Valencia A2 channels.

We've got his location from the Korean version of the game. Double checked him, he's there.
Possibly this NPC is not implemented yet in the western version of the game.

Interest level 30 or less but lower is better. Worked well for me.

If your getting Interest closer to 36 you can swap Bereo or Drosh out with Datu Varudatu to help get through. But 30 and below is better. 26 and Under hasn't failed for me.
