Pretty sure you can't know this unless there is a data leak. Is probably something like 0.025-0.05% drop rate from certain mobs like the map pieces.

About 0.005% chance. Same as the compass parts. But could be as low as 0.001%

Можно получить, выбив с кагумов в Селении красных волков в Дригане. (Корейский игрок выбил итемку на ноде Селение красных волков 0 уровня, нафармив 747974 шерсти с гривы красного волка, при том, что с 1 кагума падает 1-3 шерсти с гривы красного волка).

Dropped today in Cadry Ruins for me, can't tell which of the mobs dropped it, but that's where i got it. Just a random drop lol

Obtained after 495 hours of grinding. Dropped using Last time Arsha, J's special scroll (100percent), and 50percent camp buff.
Dropped by "Kagtum Executioner".

for those of us that can actually do math
the drop rate is exactly 0.000001+- (+-0.00025) that is exactly Equal to 1 out of 1,000,000 kills (with a +- of 25-50k)
based on Xbow's input alone without further sources for sampling.
Personally ive killed something like 50k with maybe 30 pitty to show for it
