Go to Wizard's Altar where in between Northern plain of serendia and Lynch Ranch. Climb to the top of the building and when you find the statue, go behind it you'll find stairs to the top. carefully interact with all the lion statues, one of them will give you "Dragon watcher" Knowledge for 3 energy.
