Requires 300 amity with Freharau to get the buff that will give the knowledge.

But i suggets you people to just back off when he goes for Maximum favor level > 34
AND Accumulated Interest Level > 140
I never actually accomplished that even following this scheme and getting 5 smiley faces
And for the love of god, if you reach +30 amity, don't got for the third try.

this is one of the shittiest thing you will have to do.
not only does he give really small amount of amity points, the requirements are often ridiculous.
had hard times trying to get it to 300. good luck.

This works, can do the quest as well for 20 Amity, repeatable on every toon. Just a short ride to talk to NPC thats all. Did it with my tagged character, so easy 40 Amity there.

This geezer was hands down the most annoying to deal with.
Just spammed greeting the NPC because playing amity game with this grumpy dude was a big nope.
