- Description: The Otter next to the flower loving villager shows no interest in the flowers. However, after seeing the glass shard, he says that he saw something similar in the bottom of the lake. Go diving in the lake near the waterfall to find the glass shard. | |

If you are talking about the location shown on the map, it's the location, where the quest should be executed. So it's not always the NPC in question. Basically it's the same area as shown in the game on the mini map.
If you need the location of the NPC you need to meet in this quest to fulfill it, click the Quest complete conditions button and go to the page of the NPC shown there.
