Everything you've seen and experienced so far will help you find the answer. However I will point you in the right direction. Go to Aakman in the southern part of the Great Desert of Valencia. You'll find someone there you can talk to. The Aakman race was massacred and banished in the past, but with King Sahazad's mercy, they were allowed to move back to the desert. Go to Aakman. this is how the Aakman looks a-like, you can find him in the South from Rabam the NPC, try really not to look for a city, it looks like in the picture there, I upload also a link mentioned down where you can see it in higher pixels how the environment looks-a-like.
