If you're wise enough, please give that thing to its original owner. One of my men knows about its identity. The name's Purajin, a fortune teller in this city. If you go see him, you'll be able to find that thing more easily. Meet Purajin. He should be at the inn. Look at my eyes. Don't they look like they're seeing something different?

You just need to talk to your black spirit, click to the "Normal" tab and accept the above quest. You'll then be introduced to the starting npc.

That doesn't work for me, there is nothing in the spirit quest list must be something has to happen first.
