This dark force was first found
by the Shroud Scouts patrolling this area.
The dangers of this place must've been obvious
even to those soldiers who do not know magic.
Neruda Shen immediately formed the Investigators
when he felt its danger.
However... No one figured out anything significant yet
about what this dark force really is.
I looked through all the data I have but it was no use.
I'm afraid there is a strong possibility that this force is
something new that was created on purpose.
I heard Tiu has arrived here all the way from Altinova.
He said he has a favor to ask you so go talk to him.

Whatever this force really is,
I just hope it's not something dangerous.

It seems to me that the power was created
by someone using Alchemy or Black Magic.
We don't now who or why somebody would do this
but it is certain that it wasn't with good intentions.
History tells us this will probably end terribly.
This is going to be too difficult a task to take on ourselves.
