It reduces the chance that a Ghostship or a Tornado can appear.
If a Storm starts it come for you and your Group instant, and only for you. Same for a Ghostship, but Ghostships can be good for Loot happy.gif
But if a nineshark attacks you, it is a problem^^.

Ghostships are not longer good, you must shoot on them with your cannons, people told me you need 2-3shots. With standard gun/balls.
And they also dont dropp anymore loot sad.gif

Mermaid's Wish buff = Appears to reduce the chance of Margoria Tornado or Ghost Ship encounter while sailing. Appears to have more powerful effect versions for higher enhancement levels of crafted item version in KR version.

I found this to be ok,

+1 costume i will smash at +0 get about 30-40 of them
+2 costume i will smash at +17 push it to +20
+3 costume i will smash at 26-30
+4 costume i will smash at 40-44
+5 costume i will smash at 60-70
Someone posted this on the BDO forums and it seems pretty good to follow.

But i actually do this...
5FS +1, if it goes to 10FS, go for plus +2, if it goes to +15 Buy 20 Advice for Valks and save it.
20FS for +3.
But i havent gotten any further than that as of yet.

yeah I do 0-5fs for +1
10fs for +2
20fs for +3
I got so far 1x +3 clothes of Alchemy, nothing other tryed so far.
