in the mine inside the city, goto Fadil and the entrance to the mine It's there

When you enter the city where the NPC Fadil is there are multiple ways to get into the mine, take the LEFT one that is easy to miss when you ride past. Follow the mine almost til the end. Check the screenshots of the others to see the exact location.
