Description of the problem: That is the last quest in the chain, but there is one showing after it, which is duplicate from previous quest.

Thanks for the report.
The chains are constructed automatically by ordering quests by sub id. Looks like this chain has two variants of the Third Test quest, but it's id is not in proper order.
Unfortunately, I can't fix that.
